Circus Bears is a 2006 American computer-animated musical comedy film produced by Paramount Feature Animation. It is the 49th feature film produced by the studio. It was directed by Nadia Hanson and produced by Max Howard, and stars the voices of Zach Braff, Kelsey Grammer, Wayne Knight, Reese Witherspoon, and Tim Curry. The film follows revolves a wild bear name Pawfoot who is desperate for his dreams of living in his fame and fortune of becoming a musical star. As one day where he is been taken to the bear circus, he meets with circus bears who their lives turns upside down as growing tired of their same circus performing routine. So, Pawfoot decided to make it circus even more amazing. However, the evil wizard will destroy the circus, so Pawfoot and the circus bears must stop him before it's too late.
It was Paramount Animation's first musical film in three years since Magina, as well as the last film produced by Paramount Feature Animation before the studio was renamed Paramount Animation, starting with Mistaken Identity (2006).
The film was released by Paramount Pictures on February 17, 2006. It received mixed reviews from critics but was a box office success, grossing $486 million worldwide against a $74 million budget.

Burger King promoted the film with a set of 5 kids' meal toys featuring the characters from the film.
The exclusive sneak peek of the film was released on the 2004 VHS and DVD releases of Twin, Duo, and Two.
