Crystalline the Heroine is a 2002 American action-adventure video game developed by Traveller's Tales and published by Paramount Digital Entertainment. It was released for PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube, Xbox, and Windows on May 21, 2002. The game centers on a young woman named Crystalline, who learns that she can control the elements and as a result goes on a quest to save the five elemental spirits from a dark sorceress to both master her abilities and to stop the sorceress' plans.
Crystalline the Heroine received generally positive reviews from critics, who praised its graphics, art style, humor, and soundtrack, while criticizing its camera controls. It was also a commercial success, going on to sell over 3 million copies.
