Games Animation Inc. was an American animation studio and production company, active from 1942 until it was absorbed into Paramount Television Animation in 1999. It was founded on April 30, 1942 as Mathews-Becker Cartoons, by two former Fleischer Studios animators William Mathews and River Becker, following the failure of Mr. Bug Goes to Town, and was formerly headquartered on Glendale, California from 1942 until 1965, then subsequently at Studio City in Los Angeles from 1965 to 1999.

The studio was founded on April 30, 1942 as Mathews-Becker Cartoons, exclusively producing cartoon short films and formerly war-related cartoons and animated advertisement films for various products such as Coca-Cola, and others. Later, the studio later become well-known for creating classic television series, including Toony Tales, The Adventures of Tiffany, A Dog-Gone Life, The Coyote Family, The Middletons, Terry and Penny, and Susan Telltale: The Fairy Tale Detective. Games Animation was prime competitor with Hanna-Barbera in the 1960s. Viacom acquired Games Animation in February 1988, using the back catalog to establish VToons the following year.

After Mathews died in 1999, Games Animation as a standalone company was folded into Paramount Television Animation and since then, the Games Animation name has been used primarily for marketing and copyright purposes. Reed Dog, a cartoon dog created as part of the Toony Tales series, was the studio's official mascot.
