Paraparty (パラパーティー) is a multiplayer party game developed by Paramount Digital Arts and published by SCEI for the Sony PlayStation 2 in July 2001. Designed by Paramount Feature Animation guru Nancy Farwell, alongside Alexandra Farwell, Julie Young and Nadia Hanson, the game features Paramount Pictures animated characters including: Terrytoons, Toony Tales, Noveltoons, The Milky Way, Little Helpers, Charlotte's Web, The Snow Queen, Doodles, Hotel for Dogs, East of the Sun and West of the Moon, Naturia, The Adventures in Medieval, ToonMania, Meredith's Journey, Natalia's Story, Mistress Masham's Repose, Future Princess, Ama, Virtual Hollywood, Quest for the Master, Studiotopia, Sweet Destiny, and The Viking Warrior.
This game was only released in Japan, despite it was shown at E3 2001.
A remake, Paramount Party Rave, was released for the Sony PlayStation in 2002, which only features the mini-game portions of the game. Its successor is Paramount Party! in 2012.

Paramount Party Rave[]
Paramount Party Rave is a party video game developed by Blitz Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The game is a remake of Paraparty for the PlayStation 2, but only features the mini-games half of the game. Five of the characters from Quest for the Master and Studiotopia were replaced with new characters from Puff Up! Frenzy and Get Loose!, and a slightly edited introduction movie. The game only supports up to two players, due to the PlayStation's hardware limitations.

Paraparty received "mixed or average" reviews, according to review aggregator Metacritic. GameSpot criticized the lack of gameplay variety, stating that "You typically need only two laps on a course to figure out a path through the level that will defeat the computer racers."
