The Modifyers Movie is a 2012 American animated spy action comedy film produced by Nickelodeon Movies and United Plankton Pictures. Based on the animated television series The Modifyers, the film is written, directed and produced by the series creators Lynne Naylor and Chris Reccardi, co-written Neal Purvis, Robert Eade, Stephen Hillenburg, Charlie Bean and Joanna Davidovich, and features the voices of Mae Whitman, Jeff Bennett, Paul Rugg and John Leguizamo reprising their roles from the original series. The film is considered a prequel to the series, as its take place before the first season. The film set in an atompunk version of 1960s London, England, it explains the origin story of a young woman Xero who chosen to become an agent in a spy agent for the secret organization, the Modifyers. Along with a robot named Mole, Xero attempts to stop Baron Vain, who steals the Big Ben tower for a master plan to conquer London.
The Modifyers Movie was released theatrically by Paramount Pictures on May 18, 2012 to positive reviews from critics and audiences. It grossed $206.5 million worldwide on a budget of $72 million. The success led to a renewal for a last two seasons of the series.

The Modifyers Movie was originally scheduled for a theatrical release on February 3, 2012, but production setbacks resulted in a push-back to April 6, 2012, while Toony Tales: The Real Madness was moved to fill in for the film's absence. The film was then moved back to May 18, 2012 to avoid competition with Fairly Tales Times. The film was accompanied by the Sailor Duo short film The Whale of the Tooth Ache.
