Twin, Duo, & Two is a 2004 party-oriented open world platform video game based on Paramount's 2004 CGI-animated film of the same name, developed by Blue Tongue Entertainment and published by THQ. The game was released in 2004 for the mobile phones, OS X, Microsoft Windows, GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Game Boy Advance. The Game Boy Advance version was also released on a Twin Pack cartridge bundled with HighLoose in 2006.
Most of the cast from the film reprise their roles in this game, while some of them were replaced. (for example, Sarah Michelle Gellar replaced by Grey DeLisle as Blues in this game) However, this does not apply to the Game Boy Advance version, in which audio clips from the movie are reused.
Gameplay[]
Twin, Duo, & Two features 3D platform gameplay as well as mini-games. Players navigate a series of characters to go explore an open-world city, controlling Lance, Layla, Raiden, Rylan, Aniya, and Alissa. The player will also be able to create and customize their own children and play as that character. As the player progressed through the levels in the game, he/she met new characters, unlocked new areas, got more in-game currency etc. The game allows a second player to press a button on the second controller and join the game at any time, as well as pause the game and drop out. Players can switch around between the four main characters to give the storyline some slight twist, as each character says something different when a situation arises, to slightly alter the story. Some multiplayer minigames are also included, based around puzzle and shoot-'em-up mechanics. It includes cutscenes from the movie, and each clip is based on a level.
